How does it feel to sponsor a child?  We are sharing various stories from the Kenya Project Team and their recent trip to Kenya with World Vision.  This initiative is successful because of the prayers and support from the Faith Family.  Every student at the school has the opportunity to donate $25.00 or more to sponsor a child through World Vision.  Our partnership with the village of Bandaptai, Kenya is long term and we hope to make a lasting, positive impact through your support.

How do Selective Universities Choose their Students?

In 2017, 93% of Faith Lutheran seniors went to a 4-year university.  Our college counselors work hard to make sure that students are applying to universities that are the right fit.  However, sometimes a university has an acceptance rate of 5%.  This begs the question, "How do selective universities choose their students?"  The easiest answer to the question is, "It depends".
